Performing waajibut tawaaf out of the haram or in one's home country
Q:
1. Is it permissible to perform the two rakaats waajibut tawaaf between the Maghrib azaan and salaah?
2. Can the two rakaats after tawaaf be performed outside the Haram Shareef?
A:
1. Yes, provided one is sure that one will get the fardh salaah from the beginning.
2. It is better to perform the two rakaats Waajibut Tawaaf in Musjid-ul-Haraam. However, if it is performed outside Musjid-ul-Haraam, it will be permissible.
If one forgets to perform the two rakaats Waajibut Tawaaf and returns to his home town, he should perform the two rakaats in his home town. However, it is makrooh to perform these two rakaats out of the precincts of the Haram.

ومن الواجبات ركعتا الطواف ... وأفضل أماكن أدائها خلف المقام ثم ما حوله مما قرب منه كما يشير إليه من التبعيضية في الآية الشريفة وكون الخلف أفضل لاختياره الحضرة المنيفة (شرح) ثم الكعبة ثم الحجر ثم الميزاب ثم ما قرب من الحجر إلى البيت خصوصا إلى ما تحت الميزاب منه ثم باقي الحجر ثم ما قرب من البيت خصوصا محاذاة الأركان ومقابلة الملتزم والباب ومقام جبريل عليه الصلاة والسلام والمستجار ثم المسجد ثم الحرم ثم لا فضيلة بعد الحرم بل الإساءة ولا تختص بزمان ولا مكان فلو صلاها خارج الحرم ولو بعد الرجوع إلى وطنه جاز وكره تنزيها ولا تفوت مادام حيا (غنية الناسك صــ 116)
